At Hub Bronx Liquor & Wine, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We take great care in packaging and shipping your order, and we stand behind the quality of every product we sell. However, due to the nature of alcoholic beverages, we have specific guidelines for returns and refunds.

All Sales Are Final

Due to state and federal regulations, we do not accept returns or exchanges on alcoholic beverages unless the product is damaged or defective upon delivery. Please ensure your order is correct before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or with missing items, please contact us within 3 days of delivery. Be sure to include:

• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Photos of the damaged or incorrect items

We will review your request promptly and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund as appropriate.

Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only issued in the following cases:

• Product arrived damaged or broken
• Incorrect product was shipped
• Order was canceled before shipment

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled only before they have been processed for shipping. If your order has already been packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.

Return Shipping

If a return is authorized (e.g., in case of damage or error), we will provide return instructions and a prepaid return label. Please do not send any products back without prior approval, as unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
